EQ World's current foundational WSQ programme is Effective Business Negotiation and Influence Using Psychological Tools, also referred to in communications as Effective Negotiation and Influence with the Enneagram.
EQ World’s Level 2 and Level 3 programmes are IEA-accredited. Level 1 is a WSQ-approved foundational course but is not itself IEA-accredited.
Level 1 introduces the nine Enneagram types and their practical applications. Level 2 builds on this foundation and develops coaching skills, while Level 3 advances learning through advanced concepts and practitioner applications.
